Associate Partner Experience
Chuck Lewis joined Rybka Smith and Ginsler Limited in 1977 as Senior Inspector. He became an Associate of the firm in 1985 and, in 1994, became President and Managing Director of the new company, RS&G Commissioning Ltd. In his capacity with Seawood, Mr. Lewis is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in Ottawa and has also taken on responsibility for marketing and promoting Seawood as a national entity. DORON WEISS, M.Sc., P.Eng.
Manager, Commissioning - Associate
Thornhill Experience
Mr. Weiss has over fifteen years experience in designing, testing and evaluating HVAC systems for institutional and commercial buildings. Doron's professional experience includes design and field execution and commissioning. As a Commissioning Agent, Doron's responsibilities range from project management to the design and installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, fire protection, and fuel storage and distribution systems. He has also designed mechanical systems for public, administrative and telecommunication buildings, and performed field reviews and commissioning of mechanical systems. Doron has just completed a LEED project for our firm. Education - 1972 - M. Sc., Mechanical Engineering, University of Technology and Mechanical Systems, Bucharest, Romania

LEE HYLAND, LEED® AP
Manager, Commissioning - Associate

Experience Mr. Hyland has 10 years experience in the design, construction and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Medical Gas, Fuel Oil and Controls systems. His professional experience includes project management, mechanical system design, field execution and commissioning for buildings of all types including commercial, institutional, hospitals and laboratories. Mr. Hyland works out of Seawood's Ottawa office. Education - Mechanical Engineering Technology

ANDREW NORRIS, PMP, AT, BDT Manager, Architectural Commissioning, Associate Experience
With over 20 years in the field, Andrew's professional experience includes Project Management, Construction Administration, Construction Phasing Planning and Strategic Construction Advisory Service provision. Within the Architectural Commissioning arm of Seawood, Andrew's responsibilities range from project management through commissioning of Architectural elements such as building envelope, equipment and specialty systems. NICOLE LOBB Account Manager, SeawoodFM Experience Nicole holds a diploma in Advanced Interior Design from Georgian College. She is currently responsible for managing Seawood Solutions and Services (a member of MMM Group Limited) Facility Management team, in Thornhill, Ontario. The SeawoodFM team assists facility managers across Ontario, primarily in the healthcare industry, with the ability to effectively manage their facility by creating reliable, comprehensive and timely knowledge of that facility. This is accomplished through a variety of methods including documentation, analysis and investigation, with the end result delivered to clients in real-time through Seawood's web-based visualization tool. Nicole is also active in the facility management community where she currently sits on the IFMA Toronto Chapter board of directors.
