JAMES PERSAUD, P.Eng.
President, Partner Experience
James Persaud is a founding director of Seawood Solutions and Services Inc. bringing with him experience from his own companies in both design and commissioning. As President of Seawood, Mr. Persaud is responsible for all activities associated with the management and operations of our offices in Toronto and Ottawa.
Mr. Persaud has over 15 years experience in the design, commissioning and engineering field, covering the entire spectrum of Mechanical and Electrical systems.

CHUCK LEWIS, C.E.T.
Associate Partner Experience
Chuck Lewis joined Rybka Smith and Ginsler Limited in 1977 as Senior Inspector. He became an Associate of the firm in 1985 and, in 1994, became President and Managing Director of the new company, RS&G Commissioning Ltd. In his capacity with Seawood, Mr. Lewis is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in Ottawa and has also taken on responsibility for marketing and promoting Seawood as a national entity. DORON WEISS, M.Sc., P.Eng.
Deputy Manager, Commissioning - Associate Experience
Mr. Weiss has over fifteen years experience in designing, testing and evaluating HVAC systems for institutional and commercial buildings. Doron's professional experience includes design and field execution and commissioning. As a Commissioning Agent, Doron's responsibilities range from project management to the design and installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, fire protection, and fuel storage and distribution systems. He has also designed mechanical systems for public, administrative and telecommunication buildings, and performed field reviews and commissioning of mechanical systems. Doron has just completed a LEED project for our firm. Education - 1972 - M. Sc., Mechanical Engineering, University of Technology and Mechanical Systems, Bucharest, Romania

GEOFF WILLIAMS, BES, B.Arch
Deputy Manager, SeawoodFM - Associate Experience He has been working with Seawood since 1997, joining as a full time employee in 2000 after graduating from the University of Waterloo's School of Architecture. Geoff is responsible for providing clients with a better understanding of their buildings in order that they may operate them more efficiently and/or more effectively. Geoff and his team provide these services to clients by first documenting a building and its systems and then by using SeawoodFM as a tool to convey this information. Geoff is responsible for working with existing and prospective clients to develop new business for Seawood and maintain the strong relationships that we have with our clients. LEE HYLAND, LEED® AP
Senior Project Commissioner - Mechanical
Experience Mr. Hyland has 10 years experience in the design, construction and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Medical Gas, Fuel Oil and Controls systems. His professional experience includes project management, mechanical system design, field execution and commissioning for buildings of all types including commercial, institutional, hospitals and laboratories. Mr. Hyland works out of Seawood's Ottawa office. Education - Mechanical Engineering Technology

MASSOUD NASSAR, B.Sc., P.Eng., LEED® AP
Senior Project Commissioner - Electrical
Experience Mr. Nassar worked in Lebanon & UAE for twelve years as an Electrical Engineer before joining Seawood's Ottawa office in 2005 as a commissioning agent. His professional experience of more than 15 years includes project management, design, field execution and commissioning of different international projects. He has been involved in the commissioning of numerous projects. Education - 1990 - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Saint-Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon
