Project: Joint Headquarters and Peel Regional Police Facility

| The Joint Headquarters and Peel Regional Police Facility is a new $56.5 M, LEED Silver office building. This six-storey, 200,000 sq. ft. facility includes 30,000 sq. ft. for Peel Regional Police 21 Division staff on two floors of the building, as well as three levels of underground parking. The new building will be joined with the current Regional Headquarters at the ground level. |

Project: Clinical Administration Building
Location: Mississauga, Canada | 
| Trillium Health Centre recently completed construction on its $18.9 M, LEED Silver Clinical and Administration Building in Mississauga. The 125,000 ft2 building features retail at grade, outpatient clinical programs on the second floor and administration on floors three to five. The HVAC system utilizes under floor air distribution to maintain occupant comfort. |
