Seawood's practice focuses on all aspects of facilities' operations from peer review to commissioning to plant operations to facilities management to project management.  The company has been providing commissioning services since the mid-nineties and has quickly established itself as one of the foremost commissioning firms in the country.

Seawood provides building owners and operators with information management systems and services allowing for more efficient and effective facility management.  Our firm provides both facilities management solutions and services. 

Our team is composed of seasoned professionals from the facilities, engineering and construction industries.  All of the senior personnel have been involved in design and / or commissioning for periods ranging from 10 to 30 years.  The staff include Professional Engineers and a mixture of Engineers in Training, Technologists and Technicians.  Our background and expertise position us well to thoroughly understand the needs of building owners and operators.  We are also very involved in the LEED program and are members of both the US Green Building Council and the Canadian Green Building Council.
